Frequently Asked Questions

Don’t worry, we will continue providing support. But will charge extra for additional tickets. Eg, If your plan is “60 Ticket Pack” and reached 60 tickets. Then we will charge $4 extra for each additional tickets. If your plan is “120 Ticket Pack”, we will charge $3.8 for extra tickets. If your plan is “180 Ticket Pack”, we will charge $3.6 for extra tickets.

You may email our sales team if you don’t want us to continue handling tickets if ticket limit is reached.

The “180 Ticket Pack” is enough if you are getting “1-6” chats per day. ( 6 * 30 = 180 )

If your plan is “180 Ticket Pack” and if you reached the 180 ticket limit then we will charge $3.6 extra for each additional tickets. That means we can handle unlimited number of tickets with an additional charge for extra tickets.

If you are getting high amounts of tickets, you may check our “Shared“, “Semi-Dedicated” or “Dedicated” web hosting support plans.

Money back is not available for these plans. We can provide free trial for pay per ticket support plans but this will be based on the availability of ticket techs and some other factors. You may email our sales team if you need a free trial and they will get back to you with the details.

This is actually a shared ticket support plan with a mix of L1 and L2 techs. We also have L3 level shift admins in each shift.
